Eating Their Way Across Alaska!
The weather for the 2006 Harley Tour did not bode well. Two days before the tour kick-off, two bridges on the Parks Highway washed out, and mudslides were occurring on the Richardson. The planned itinerary was impossible. Fortunately, Nicole was quick on the draw and even quicker on the phone, arranging not only a new route, but a bonus ferry ride.
But first, every journey has a beginning. The beauty of a Harley often rests on the quality of its chrome. Thus, the start of a Harley-Davidson Tour must be the meditation of a large animal made out of chrome:
